Bear Point Civic Association Meeting Minutes
We want to make sure our members stay informed, and our website will be a key tool for open, transparent communication.
The Board of Directors meets frequently to review our finances, projects, and review feedback from members. We encourage you to reach out to the Board of Directors with your ideas, suggestions, concerns, and general feedback. Officer and Board Members will discuss those items in our monthly board meetings, and we will keep our members apprised of the responses to those suggestions and concerns. As of March 24, 2021, Board Meetings will be open to Board Members, with invitations extended to members as their attendance is required.
Our Quarterly Meetings are designed to inform our membership on the finances of the association and give updates and progress reports on projects and events happening within the association. Quarterly Meetings are open to all current members. Members will be asked to check-in at the meeting to ensure any votes or discussions are limited to members only. On occasion, special guests will be invited to attend these quarterly meetings to bring information to our membership as it relates to our community. Members who would like to bring a topic for discussion to our Quarterly Meetings must submit their topic or question to the Board of Directors no later than two weeks prior to the schedule Quarterly Meeting date to allow the Board of Directors the appropriate time to research and discuss the topic/question so we can provide the most updated information for the general membership.
As always, we invite you to bring all questions to your Board of Directors so we may address any issues or concerns.
