Our Officers and Board Members
Our Officers and Board Members are compromised of full-time residents who volunteer their time and are dedicated to the safe keeping of the properties and monies of the association. The Board is comprised of four officers - President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary with four at-large board members.
Board members assist the Officers of the association, lead committees to perform work, research improvements and develop plans for improvements, assist in the development and tracking of the association’s budget as well as assist in short- and long-term planning for the association.
Each Officer and Board Member strive to focus on different areas of the association based on their unique skills and abilities which allows us to be an effective team for our members.
President
The President of the association shall be a full-time resident member in good standing. The President shall preside over meetings and ensure all members of the board have the opportunity to give their opinion and the decision is made only after appropriate discussion and with the best interest of the association in mind.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors and shall only vote in the matter of a tie.
For meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Membership, the President shall prepare agendas and lead an effective meeting to keep the group working together, and allow time for general discussion.
Vice-President
The Vice President of the association shall be a member in good standing. The Vice-President shares many of the leadership and procedural duties with the president, including assuming the leadership role when the president is unable to do so.
Responsibilities include:
Secretary
The Secretary of the association shall be a full-time resident member in good standing. The Secretary is the official keeper of the records of the organization. As the custodian of the association’s official records and documents, the secretary ensures the association meets all legal documentation requirements, and annual filing deadlines. The secretary will take minutes for meetings of the Board of Directors and meetings of the General Membership.
Responsibilities include:
Writes and sends out neighborhood newsletters (e-mail)
Treasurer
The Treasurer of the association shall be a full-time resident member in good standing. The Treasurer of the association shall collect and safe keep all monies belonging to the association. Any disbursements of monies of the association shall be made by check to be signed by the Treasure and countersigned by the President or Vice President, made by credit card with verification by another board member with signed receipts by the person making the expenditure and a Board Member.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a permanent record with a detailed account of all money received and all money paid out.
Leading the preparation of the association budget with assistance of the other Board Members. The budget will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.

- Call Special meetings as required and for special elections to replace vacancies in the Board positions.
- Call Board meetings and General Membership meetings in a prescribed matter set forth by the Board of Directors.
- Conduct meetings in an orderly manner.

Vice-President
The Vice President of the association shall be a member in good standing. The Vice-President shares many of the leadership and procedural duties with the president, including assuming the leadership role when the president is unable to do so.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the operations of the association.
- Responsible for acting as chairman or liaison of one or more committees.
Secretary
The Secretary of the association shall be a full-time resident member in good standing. The Secretary is the official keeper of the records of the organization. As the custodian of the association’s official records and documents, the secretary ensures the association meets all legal documentation requirements, and annual filing deadlines. The secretary will take minutes for meetings of the Board of Directors and meetings of the General Membership.

- The official membership role
- List of all committees and their members
- A current copy of the By-Laws with any amendments noted and any special rules adopted by the organization
- Meeting minutes
