Member Application
Property owners in Bear Point are invited to join the Bear Point Civic Association. Our association boundaries are defined as all property on and east of East Perdido Avenue on the north side of Canal Road and all property on and east of Wahoo Lane on the south side of Canal Road. While we would love to expand our association to include more of Orange Beach, our by-laws and facilities prevent us from doing that at this time.
Your BPCA membership gives you access to our beautiful bayside park and beach as well as an opportunity to enjoy or rent our community center located at 5861 Bay La Launch Avenue in Orange Beach, Alabama. As a property owner, you also have the opportunity to join with a membership that includes a premiere boat launch facility.
To join, you only need to complete the attached membership application and provide proof of ownership for your property in Bear Point (i.e. tax record or mortgage document showing the property address and appropriate ownership – sorry, but we cannot accept utility bills as proof of ownership documentation). A basic membership is only $100.00/year.
You may also upgrade your membership to include access to the boat launch. Access to the boat launch will require proof of ownership for your watercraft (i.e. current State issued registration). Cost of the basic membership with boat launch privileges is only $350.00/year.
