Membership to the Bear Point Civic Association is only open to residents for Bear Point Civic Association area which consists of all property on and east of Wahoo Lane to the south of Canal Road and on and east of East Perdido Avenue on the north side of Canal Road. Proof of ownership is required for membership to the civic association.
